About The Event
Neighborhoods, organizations, and businesses are encouraged to enter a float in the parade on July 10, celebrating Hillsborough’s 250 years!
Prizes for the top 3 floats will be awarded. 1st place $300, 2nd place $200, and 3rd place $100.
A float is: A parade float is an elaborately decorated three-dimensional figure or scene, mounted on a wheeled chassis that participates in a procession as part of a specific celebration.
